Details of an Import

Layout and Settings

SettingDescription
Pen Icon Makes the import information editable.
Schedule Displays the selected schedule settings. You can edit this setting any time in order to re-use the import, for example.
Name Displays the name of the Import.
Type Displays the import type.
Schedule Displays the defined schedule for re-starting the import automatically. If in the Schedule section Manually was selected, the Schedule column shows None.
Last Sync Only available for imports which are restarted automatically according to a defined schedule. The column displays when the import has been started the last time.
Import Type Displays the type of the import.
Mapping Displays the selected mapping file.
Copy logs Copies the log information into your clipboard.
Sync Report Opens the Synchronization Report window which shows more details about error logging.

Table of Re-Imports

Each import version is displayed in a row. Expanding the row displays the import's logs.

SettingDescription
Name/Filter/iModel Displays the file name, selected filter or iModel, depending on the import type.
State Displays the state of an import.
SettingDescription
Loading A just created import is loading until the status changes to Draft.
Draft Saved but not started import.
Running Import has been started and is still processing.
Succeeded All Elements were imported successfully.

At least one element could not be imported.

Queued Import is waiting to run.
Failed No element could be imported.
Version When an import is re-imported, the version is counted up by one. The column displays how often an import has been imported.
Started By Displays the user who started the import.
Start Time Displays the time the import was started.
End Time Displays the time the import process has finished.

Synchronization Report window

The Synchronization Report is available for all file based imports and shows details about the error logging.

SettingDescription
IDs for Tech Support Displays the Activity ID, Context ID and Model ID, which are helpful if you communicate with the technical support.
Sync Time Displays the date and time of the last synchronization of the import.
Files Processed Displays the number of files which were processed.
Total Issues Counts the number of Errors, Warnings and Other Issues. To filter the Synchronization Issues list, click on a tile (e.g. Warnings). The Status column of the Synchronization Issues list is filtered accordingly, if the list is sorted by Problems. The tile of a set filter is displayed in blue.
Show by Choose Problems to show the issues in the Synchronization Issues list. Choose Files to show the files which have caused the issues.
